ADMISSIONS INFORMATION

Please contact Jean Campbell, Admissions, for current forms and for information about  tuition and fees, discounts, and financial aid at 672-9200 or info@abilenechristian.com.

ACS has a policy of Open Enrollment, and admission paperwork may be submitted at any time.  Present students are allowed to reserve a space for the next school year during Spring Re-enrollment, ending in early April.  Thereafter, class openings are filled with those on the waiting list and upcoming applicants.

We recommend a tour of our campus for prospective parents and for students, if desired.  We usually recommend a visit day (or portion of a day) for prospective students in upper grades.  Tours and visits must be pre-scheduled.

Steps for Admissions for Pre-K 4 Program:

  1. Request the Application for Admission and Enrollment Contract.
  2. Submit both forms with the non-refundable Registration Fee ($50 per child).
  3. Provide a copy of the child's immunization record and birth certificate.
  4. The Principal will schedule an interview for the student and parents to be completed before the student's first day.

  5. Complete a Principal-scheduled interview for the student and parents on or before the student's first day.

Steps for Admissions for Elementary (6th – 12th Grade)

  2. Submit both forms, along with the one-time Registration Fee ($200 per child).

  6. Discuss student's class schedule and, for high school students, credits and graduation plan

*If student is pre-applying to begin an upcoming year or semester, ACS will request records AFTER the current school term is finished so that transferred records will be complete.
