FACTS Tuition Management

ACS has arranged for FACTS Tuition Management to provide a safe, secure service for our families to pay for tuition.  FACTS will work with our families to create a payment plan that best suits your needs. FACTS charges an annual account set-up fee of $55 for Monthly Plans. There is no account set-up fee for the one time payment option. 

One Time Payment 

A 2% tuition discount will be given for a one time payment made on or before the payment deadline. Please see the Tuition and Fees tab for more detailed date information. Tuition statements will be sent via email and will reflect the 2% discount.  Payments not received on or before the deadline will forfeit the 2% discount.  Payments MUST be made via online bank drafts through FACTS FAMILY PORTAL.

Monthly Payment Plan

Monthly payments are made through online bank drafts via FACTS Tuition Management. Options for payment drafts will be for the 5th and 20th of each month for either 10 months (Pre-K - 12th) or 12 months (K-12 only). Selections may be made at the time of enrollment.

Tuition Refund Policy - Because financial obligations must be made for personnel and other expenses long before the school year begins, a financial strain is experienced when students enroll and then withdraw before the year is completed. ACS has adopted a policy whereby parents or guardians are responsible for the entirety of the tuition and fees. Therefore, ACS will not refund any tuition or fees on withdrawals.
