FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment

ACS has arranged for FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment to provide an external tuition scholarship application service for ACS families. FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will conduct fair and completely confidential need assessments. Their system features a secure, easy-to-complete online application.

Families applying will need to complete an application and submit the $40 application fee and the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Applicants can apply online.

After assessments are made by FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment and submitted to ACS, the ACS Tuition Scholarship Committee will meet and make the final decisions and notifications on awards.

The application does provide an opportunity to explain unusual circumstances or give personal information that would be useful to ACS in making tuition scholarship awards. However, if you have additional questions, please call Clara Garza at 325-672-9200 ext. 126.

If you have questions or concerns about the application process, you may speak with a FACTS Customer Care Representative at 866-441-4637.

Partial Tuition Scholarships (K-12th only)

Tuition Scholarships

To be eligible for a tuition scholarship, students must first go through steps 1 and 2 of the admissions process.

Applications for tuition scholarships are not reviewed until:

  1.  An online enrollment application for the upcoming school year is completed.
  2. The Academic Baseline Assessment is scheduled and completed.

Partial Tuition Scholarships are awarded by ACS through a need-based yearly application process and to the extent of funds available, so please apply early. Students must be in good standing to receive this award. Academics, behavior, and financial need contribute to the decision of the committee. Tuition scholarships may be combined with other discounts or benefits at the discretion of the Tuition Scholarship Committee. To apply for a Tuition Scholarship please see the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment section.

Endowed Scholarships

Scholarships awarded each May are for the upcoming school year. Nominations will be made by faculty and administration. Scholarships can be coordinated with financial aid but not stacked in addition to financial aid.
