New Student Application Process
ACS has a policy of Open Enrollment, and an Online Application may be submitted at any time, for the upcoming school year (2018-19 only). Submitting an application for the next school year before open enrollement begins will result in multiple application fees ($25 per application) and a new application will be required.
Current students are allowed to reserve a space for the next school year during Spring Re-enrollment which ends the last day in February. Thereafter, class openings are filled with those on the waiting list and upcoming applicants.
Enrollment for the 2018-19 school year (only) is now open. Submitting an application for next school year (2019-20) will result in addtional application fee(s) ($25 per application) and a new application will be required.

Abilene Christian School utilizes an online admissions application for new students. Please click here to begin the Online Application. Select "Create an Account", then log into your account and select "Create a New Student Application" for each child you wish to enroll. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of you account to access your application(s).
- Supplemental Forms (K-12 only) - Please upload the completed Student Survey and Records Request Form.
- Submit the $25 application fee along with the completed application.
- After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school online by logging into your account
Please ensure that you complete and submit the form within the application. Upon submission our Admissions Office will request records on your behalf. Please do not take these forms to your current school, as this slows the application process.
Academic Baseline Assessment
Once the application is received, the Admissions Team will work with you to schedule the baseline assesment for your child.
Pre-K and Kindergarten - Student Evaluation with Teacher and/or Principal
1st through 12th grade - NWEA Adaptive Assessment - Computerized assessment that provides our teachers a good baseline for instruction and provide information to maximize every learner’s academic growth.
Family Orientation and Interview
A family interview will be scheduled when all the supplemental forms are turned in and assessment testing is complete. Both parents and students are required to meet with the school principal who will answer any questions and provide additional information regarding Abilene Christian School.
After acceptance, you will be notified regarding officially enrolling your child online. Enrollment process will require the following:
Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of Immunization Records
Upon completion of the Supplemental Forms above and Online Enrollment Packet, you may pay the New Student Registration fee by credit card or e-check
